GFP Expressing Human Brain Microvascular Pericytes were isolated from normal human brain tissues and transfected with GFP-Lentiviral particles. Puromycin resistant, GFP-HBMVPCs is shipped in frozen vial (available proliferating culture with a confluency of >90 % upon request) (cells are provide @ passage 1). Pericyte-Growth medium (CAT# PGB001) containing 5% fetal bovine serum and growth supplement is recommended for culture. Cells have an average population doubling level >15 when cultured. Cells are prepared and manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 certified environment and ISO 5 cleanroom. |
