At the beginning of September, we announced that all of our human cell products were 15% off for September. We want to thank the many customers who took advantage of the sale. Since it has been so successful, we decided to extend the sale into October, giving everyone another month to save. You can learn more in our post announcing the sale last month.

It has been a busy couple of weeks with the number of new publications using our human cells. We highlighted the latest research on our blog:
- Investigators studied the potential use of egg whites in tissue engineering by culturing our GFP-expressing human umbilical vein endothelial cells (cat. GF01) across various mediums. Learn more.
- Our 3D human blood-brain barrier model (cat. 3D45002) was employed to help further understand the link between periodontitis and Alzheimer's disease. Learn more.
- Researchers utilized our immortalized kidney CAFs (cat. CAF110-IM) to study the use of a monoclonal antibody as a treatment against solid tumors. Learn more.
Furthermore, more research came out this week using our human primary Schwann cells (cat. HMP303). In a journal preprint, researchers at Shenzhen University released a new study on how they were able to derive Schwann cells from human bone marrow MSCs. The investigators used our primary Schwann cells as their benchmark to compare their derived Schwann cells. You can read the complete paper here.
With all of this research, it's clear that our human cells are reliable and potent. We also offer all the reagents necessary to keep the cells healthy, including specialized media, coating solutions, and more. We are always ready to support if you have any issues or questions.
