Is inflation taking a toll on your research budget? Neuromics is here to help! We have decided to lower prices on all our human cells by 10% for the entirety of 2025. That allows you to stock up on primary cells, iPSC-derived cells, and cell lines with applications abound.

We strive to provide a reliable and consistent selection of human cells. There is no better way to demonstrate the value of our human cells than with customer publications, so we try to highlight as many as possible.

Last year, researchers at Rutgers University released preliminary findings using our human brain astrocytes (cat. HMP202). The investigators looked into how neurons and astrocytes in the brain interact to support brain metabolism.

Astrocytes are typically seen as the “metabolic workhouse” of the brain, as they supply metabolites to neurons, including lipid metabolites. In the paper, the scientists look into the role of an understudied protein, Tweety homolog 1 (TTYH1), in this process. You can read the complete study here to learn more.

This publication is just one of many using our human cells. Check out all the citations here—we're sure you'll be impressed!
