Antibody Dilution Buffer for ICC and IHC

Antibody Dilution Buffer is optimized for making working dilutions of primary and secondary antibodies used for immunocytochemistry (ICC) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

This buffer stabilizes antibodies in solution, prevents their precipitation and facilitates their intracellular penetration. Improves detection of proteins located on the plasma membrane, in the cytoplasm (including endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, lysosomes, phagosomes, Golgi vesicles) and into cell nuclei. Antibody Dilution Buffer does not contain sodium azide preservative which inhibits the activity of horseradish peroxidase enzyme and is compatible with all known fluorescent dyes and does not cause their fading. This Buffer does not cause detachment of adherent cells during antibody incubation steps. It is prepared using high-quality deionized water and the buffer pH is adjusted to 7.4.
