CD164, also known as Multi-Glycosylated Core Protein 24 is amember of the CD164 family. CD164 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain (24-162 a.a.) and fused to a 6 aa His Tag at C-terminus containing a total of 148 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 15.6kDa. CD164 shows multiple bands between 28-57kDa on SDS-PAGE, reducing conditions and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. |
