HBMMSCs are isolated from human Bone Marrow tissues and demonstrated with spindle-shaped, and fibroblast-like cells. Each lot is tested to ensure the cells can be passaged at least three times (i.e., approximately 9 to 10 population doublings) after thaw in complete growth media (Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium (MSCGM), when cultured following the protocol. Please be aware, this product requires shipment on dry ice or liquid nitrogen dewer and immediate transfer to liquid nitrogen storage or culture. Cells are prepared and manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 certified environment and ISO 5 cleanroom. |
