T-cell Immunoglobulin and Mucin-Domain-Containing Molecule-3 (TIM3) is expressed on T-helper type 1 lymphocytes, and other immune cells including dendritic cells and natural killer cells. This TIM3 Antibody is developed for the specific staining of TIM3 in tissue samples. TIM3 overexpression has been indicated in CD4+ tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, which also includes those with non-small cell lung cancer associated with poor prognoses. |
