Endothelial cells show increased resistance and avoid senescence and apoptosis induced by oxysterols when cultured with our ENDO-Growth Media Kit compared to other media options. ENDO-Growth Media Kit contains two components: 475 ml of ENDO-Basal media and 25 ml of ENDO-Growth supplement. ENDO-Basal Media: Media containing central vitamins and amino acids, and 0.5% FBS.
