Strep-Tactin® TACS Agarose is suitable for packing columns for positive cell selection according to our Traceless Affinity Cell Selection (Fab-TACS®/Nano-TACS®) or MHC I-Streptamer® approaches based on our Strep-tag® technology. Twin-Strep-tagged Fab fragments (Fab-Streps), nanobodies (Nano-Strep) or MHC I-peptide complexes (MHC I-Streps) as well as Twin-Strep-tagged, desthiobiotinylated or biotinylated (irreversible binding) antibodies are possible capture proteins that immobilize cells inside the column. Negative cell selection and depletion are also an option. |
