The pESG-IBAwt2 vector allows the high-level stable and non-replicative transient expression of control proteins without tag in most mammalian hosts. The vector carries the Human cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate-early promoter for high-level expression of proteins in a wide range of mammalian cells, the BM40 signal for secretion of the recombinant protein as well as the Ampicillin resistance cassette for selection in E.coli and the Neomycin resistance gene for selection of stable cell lines. The expressed recombinant protein will be secreted into the medium. |
