The pESG-IBAwt1 vector allows the high-level stable and non-replicative transient expression of control proteins without tag in most mammalian hosts. The vector carries the Human cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate-early promoter for high-level expression of proteins in a wide range of mammalian cells as well as the Ampicillin resistance cassette for selection in E.coli and the Neomycin resistance gene for selection of stable cell lines. The expressed recombinant protein will be localized in the cytoplasm. |
