As of 6/30/2021, Strep-Tactin® XT Superflow® products have been discontinued and replaced with the new and improved Strep-Tactin®XT 4Flow® products.

Replacement:

Gravity flow Strep-Tactin®XT Superflow® column for one-step purification of recombinant Strep-tag®II and Twin-Strep-tag® fusion proteins.

Binding capacity: 150 nmol recombinant Strep-tag® protein (up to6 mg in case of a 30 KDa protein) per 1 ml bed volume.
