Single Components:

Strep-Tactin®XT Buffer Set is a convenient buffer set for the purification of recombinant Strep-tag®II and Twin-Strep-tag®II fusion proteins on immobilized Strep-Tactin®XT and its regeneration.

Strep-Tactin®XT Purification Buffer Set comprises the following buffers:

• Buffer W (Strep-Tactin®/XT Wash Buffer, 10x, 100 ml)
• Buffer BXT (Strep-Tactin®XT Elution Buffer with biotin, 10x, 25 ml)
• Buffer XT-R (Strep-Tactin®XT Regeneration Buffer, 1x, 250 ml)

Do not use for purification with Strep-Tactin® resins!
